About Ryan Burgoon
Ryan Burgoon has been successful as a business owner and as a leader in the corporate world. He left a lucrative career in information technology project management to start his entrepreneurial journey by joining ActionCOACH Business Coaching. He is now helping small and medium sized businesses overcome the challenges they face. He is owner and operator of an ActionCOACH business coaching franchise, and has a passion to assist business owners achieve phenomenal success in their business and personal life. He is actively working with businesses that want to grow, prosper and make an impact on the economy and lives of people living in Central Ohio and Fairfield County.
Ryan is a long time Pickerington resident who was raised and has lived in Fairfield County his entire life. He has an understanding of the business challenges associated with the area. Ryan is married to his wife of 27 years, Laura, and has a daughter and a son. He has strong ties to the local community as a lay leader in his church, Peace United Methodist, membership in the local Chambers of Commerce (Baltimore, Canal Winchester, Lancaster and Pickerington), and through involvement supporting youth athletics and mentoring programs.
Ryan�s diverse business career includes experience in managing and running operational units of engineering and consulting services, directing research and development projects, negotiation and consultation with business owners and regulatory agencies, as well as marketing, sales, and business development experience. He offers a wealth of practical experience in the area of customer service, marketing, team building, leadership, and management, and is an accomplished facilitator and presenter.
Ryan has a passion to make a difference in the Central Ohio area. He believes that strong leadership joined with cooperation, great communication and common goals lead to high performing teams which provide the pathway to excellence in business and life. Ryan also believes that business should be fun and enhance the owner�s life and experience so they can share their abundance with others.
