About Traci McGuire
Traci is involved in and responsible for all aspects of case management and decision-making. She has extensive experience in jury and bench trials, motion practice, written discovery, preparation of witnesses for depositions, taking and defending lay and expert witnesses, settlement negotiations, mediation and arbitration. Traci has represented clients in numerous successful trials before the Ohio Court of Claims and Franklin County Common Pleas Court. She has been involved in the successful defense of multi-million dollar wrongful death and medical malpractice matters and successful resolution of such matters through mediation and in AAA arbitration.
Traci is responsible for the management of a large litigation docket and concentrates her practice in trial and appellate work representing individual and corporate clients in complex business and commercial disputes involving property, personal injury, employment and labor, contractual and construction disputes. She is also experienced in litigating disputes involving wrongful death, medical malpractice, workers� compensation, business litigation, partition matters, and more.

Part of Traci�s practice includes representation of firm clients in matters involving unemployment compensation.
McGuire practices in the firm�s Litigation, Labor & Employee Relations, and Health Care areas. She serves as chair of the firm�s Women Lawyers� Initiative committee and has been with Kegler Brown since 1999.
